Features

The Neo Securope HLL is clamped on steel beams. This fixation method avois drilling, hence we doun't touch the integrity and warranty of the structural beams. Often installed in industrial sites, the Securope NEO with it's swaging technology has a limited cable deflection, making it the best cable HLL for industrial sites. Fallprotec engineering department designgs OSHA-compliant custom brackets for any size of beam and project requirement.

Clamping methods on beams

The Fallprotec bracket with counter-plate is used on steel beams, concrete beams or wooden purlins.
The Fallprotec bracket with high strength clamps is used when only one flange of the beam is atteignable. Two ranges of clamps exist depending on teh direction of the applied force.
For vertical beams Fallprotec supplies high slip resistant clamps.
The supports are compatible with all types of Fallprotec anchoring devices.

Rigid HLL post clamped on steel beam

Fallprotec designs, calculates, tests and manufactures customized brackets that are OSHA-compliant and meet the site requirements. The size of the base plate is adapted to the beam. It is eitehr fixied with high strength clamps or with backplates.
The height of the post enables the HLL to pass below obstacles such as pipes, or to compensate for the slope of the roof.
Non deformable design in galvanized steel or aluminum depending of the environement.
